We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to help ensure our clients receive the highest level of care and our Care Professionals feel supported, confident, and successful in their roles.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct client quality assurance visits to ensure satisfaction and care plan accuracy
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and Care Professionals
- Monitor and uphold Home Instead care standards and compliance
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide coaching/support
- Assist with onboarding, training follow-ups, and ongoing caregiver development
- Document visits and maintain accurate records

- Ability to problem-solve with compassion and professionalism
- Experience in healthcare, caregiving, or case management preferred
